Throttle aggregates listings and decoder data. We do not verify ownership, condition, or legal status of any listed item. Always verify with a marine surveyor / mechanic / aircraft inspector before purchase.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent, illegal, or duplicate listings.
Throttle does not process payments between buyers and sellers. Throttle+ subscriptions are processed by Stripe and refundable within 30 days.
